The purpose of this blog is to show how frugality makes it possible to live a decent lifestyle on what many would consider a small amount of money. I also share ways to make money through alternative income and passive income. Since I’ve started having success making money online many people have expressed interest in that topic and so I write about making money online as well. This blog’s name is a tongue-in-cheek take on how many people view frugality. I know it should be tight-fisted miser with a hyphen but I figured most people would leave out the hyphen and I didn’t want my domain name to have a hyphen in it.
About Me
I am 44 years old, happily married, and live in southwest Missouri. I’m an attorney but currently only do pro bono work. My plans are to continue making a living online and to work on ways to increase and diversify my income. One of those ways will be writing and publishing fiction and non-fiction books.
