Dreamer - The $400 figure was for one person and I was basing that on what I know is possible in the U.S.  As a couple you could spend more in total and still be spending less per person.</description>

		<description>I think its more difficult for a couple to do that, but not impossible, over here the equivalent of $400 per month for rent would mean that you had to live in a rough area so safety woudl be compromised.</description>
