There are still a few days left in March but I’m going to do my monthly goal review now since things are unlikely to change much in the next few days.
My first goal is to increase my passive income. I didn’t do much towards that this month. I did start the process of opening a rewards checking account though which will increase my interest income.
My second goal is to lose thirty pounds. I did bad on that one. I gained 1.2 pounds and now weigh 220.4 pounds which is my highest weight ever. This isn’t too surprising since I ate a lot of fast food. I know what I need to do to lose the weight but I haven’t been doing it.
My third goal is to increase my subscriber count to 500 subscribers. I had a new high of 374 subscribers this month. I’m making steady progress towards my goal although I’m not doing anything to promote the blog. I might backslide though when I’m hiking and updates to the blog are less frequent. I hope that won’t happen.
This was not a great month on making progress towards my goals. I really need to concentrate on losing weight in April. It is the last month before I start my hike and it would be beneficial to start the hike at a lower weight.
