I’m somewhat of a runner. I haven’t gotten into a running routine this year and with the cold weather now I probably won’t be running much.

I didn’t know that you were a runner as well. Congrats on the half marathon! I’m aiming to start racing halfs again in January.

I love the uniqueness of the coffee table. I estimated that it’s roughly 13 or 14 2x4s – so just the wood to make it would cost more than I paid for it. It’s got four huge bolts holding the top to the sides, but no other visible hardware. It’s a very well made table – everything’s even and there’s no rocking or wiggling. And now that it’s got a new lease on life, it should last a very long time in our living room.
