The latest Carnival of Personal Finance is up and being hosted at Paid Twice. It includes my post “how to Take Social Security Early and Still Receive Full Benefit.” This carnival has a Super Bowl theme. Paid Twice did a great job especially considering how large the COPF has gotten.
