Here is the breakdown for the day.

  • Money Spent=$0
  • Exercise=Upper Body Workout

Food eaten for the day:

  • Breakfast-Oatmeal w/raisins=265 calories
  • Lunch-PB&J=370 calories,banana=100 calories
  • Dinner-Pancakes w/syrup=570 calories, 3 fig bars=180 calories

Total calories for the day=1485. Still on track. Looks like I have plenty of food for the rest of the month.
