Brrr! It is cold here. I don’t mind working out but I really don’t look forward to having to walk almost a half mile in the cold to get to the fitness center. Things are still going pretty smooth. Here is the breakdown for the day.

- Breakfast-Oatmeal w/raisins=265 calories
- Lunch-PB&J=350 calories,banana=100 calories
- Dinner-Chicken leg quarter=450 calories?,corn=91 calories, 4 fig bars=240 calories
Total calories for the day=1496. I’m overindulging in the fig bars but my total calories is still pretty low so I guess it’s ok.
