Challenge Day 12

Things returned to normal today. I did my lower body workout today to get back on my workout schedule. Here is the breakdown for the day.

  • Money Spent=$0
  • Exercise=Lower Body BFL workout

Food eaten for the day:

  • Breakfast-Oatmeal=225 calories
  • Lunch-PB&J=350 calories,banana=100 calories
  • Dinner-burrito w/salsa=350 calories, 4 fig bars=240 calories

Total calories for the day=1265.
