Challenge Day 5

Another day on track. Here is the breakdown.

  • Money Spent=$0
  • Exercise=Scheduled rest day

Food eaten for the day:

  • Breakfast-Oatmeal=225 calories
  • Lunch-PB&J=350 calories, banana=100 calories
  • Dinner-Pancakes with PB and syrup=570 calories

Total calories for the day=1245. Made a smaller amount of pancakes than last time. Should have made a bigger batch because I’m not getting enough calories. The rest day for BFL is on Sunday but I made mine on Monday because it works better for my schedule.
