Still on track for all goals. Here is the breakdown for the day.

Food eaten for the day:
- Breakfast-Oatmeal=225 calories
- Lunch-PB&J=350 calories, banana=100 calories
- Dinner-Mac&Cheese=1020 calories, corn=91 calories
Total calories for the day=1786. Macaroni and Cheese has a lot of calories. The calorie figure is for one box plus 3 tablespoons of margarine. I didn’t add any milk.
Theoretically I could have put off buying the gas since I’m only driving to school and back. Although the 1.5 miles to school is walkable it would make me have to get up earlier in the morning and I don’t like to get up in the morning as it is. Also it is really cold here right now. Realistically, I won’t be walking to school anytime soon.
I probably need to increase the intensity of my BFL upper body workout because my arms are not as sore as my legs. The free weight area at my school gym was really crowded today though. I thought with this being mostly a commuter school the gym wouldn’t be too busy on a Sunday. I guess the shorter Sunday hours creates more of a crowd in the gym. I’ll try to get there as soon as they open next Sunday and see if that helps.
