Challenge Day 3

Another successful day. Here is the breakdown.

  • Money Spent=$0
  • Exercise=20 minute run

Food eaten for the day:

  • Breakfast-Oatmeal=225 calories
  • Lunch-PB&J=350 calories, banana=100 calories
  • Dinner-Pancakes with PB and syrup=850 calories

Total calories for the day=1525. Calories for dinner are approximate. I like to spread peanut butter on my pancakes rather than butter. It tastes really good. Will try to keep calories at this level but I’m not sure if I can.
